Robert William Sweet

Jim and I enjoyed Robert so much at bowling. Jim bowled with Robert at Lancer Lanes. We always loved the way Robert acted like it was no big deal if he got a strike. When he would get three in a row Jim would do a loud turkey call for him and Robert would get this sheepish grin on his face. His smile was infectious...if he smiled we all smiled. We are so sorry for your loss and heavens gain. He now knows perfect peace. We feel honored to have known him. Sincerely Jim & Luwonna Brinkerhoff

So sorry to hear of Bob passing. I worked with him for many years at CornSweeteners/ADM and he was a good friend.

Good-Bye Bob Sweet. Thank you for letting me hide with you and your wife when the tornado came, for tolerating Gretchen and for not slapping my smart mouth. I always liked the Sweets.

I called on Bob when I sold industrial safety products to ADM. Bob was as much a friend as a customer. He was very gracious to take time for me whenever he could. My deepest sympathies to Bob's family for his loss. It was an honor to work with him even for such a short time. Am wishing peace and continued blessings to his family. // Jack Fesler - Iowa City
