Mary was preceded in death by her daughter Katie Overton-Streight. She is survived by her husband and soulmate of 28 years, Dean; her children Veronica (Jim) Henderson, Marc (Kim) Ortiz, & Paul (Char) Overton; her step-children Trish Springer, Ninette (Ed) Mangrum, and Jeanie (Calvin) Sanders; her son-in-law Kevin Rehard; 13 grand-children; 9 great-grandchildren; and many beloved family & friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 8th at 11:00 am at West Des Moines Christian Church. Flowers and memorial gifts may be directed to West Des Moines Christian Church (4501 Mills Civic Parkway, West Des Moines, Iowa).
