Larry W. Humphreys

Larry had a huge impact on me while he was here. He was such a kindhearted loving person. He left me with such amazing memories that i will forever cherish because i thought of him as grandpa and i’m really glad i got to say my goodbyes before he left. and i cannot imagine how his family feels because my heart is so broke right now. but i just want his family to know while he was in my nursing home he was loved by the residents and the workers. he was one of my favorite residents but i really loved talking to him too .he was so funny. we were always laughing in the dining room when it completely silent out there.

Larry and myself had an unbreakable bond with each other since I started working at Winslow. I spent a lot of my time joking with him and vice versa. He spent time with my children and my daughter still calls him grandpa Larry. I will never forget Larry or his charming personality and smart mouth. We were star cross “loves” born in the wrong generations. His family was so blessed and my condolences to every one of them but especially his daughter who works in labor in delivery talk about the apple of his eye.. I will never ever forget Little Larry. I love him very much and think of him everyday.
