Jocelyn Jean Morgan passed away at the Parkview Manner in Wellman, Iowa on April 24, 2025.

A celebration of her life will be held at 10 am on June 7 at the Methodist Church in Washington, la.

Jocelyn Jean Fullerton was born May 29, 1941, to Francis E. and Marjorie Rickey Fullerton in rural Louisa County. She married Richard Harris. She was later joined in marriage to Butch Morgan on September 7, 1968, in Mt. Pleasant, la.

Jocelyn enjoyed playing in the bell choir at the Washington Methodist Church. She also liked watching women's sports, particularly basketball. She looked forward to travel with Butch. They went to many places, but her favorite was going to Oregon. Most of all, she loved her family and her many friends in her kind and loving way.

Jocelyn is survived by her husband Butch Morgan, her daughter Anne Lovell, Son-in-law Mike McGregor, grandchildren Christopher & Marisol McGregor, Elizabeth & Brian Bunge, Zachary & Sarah Lovell, Samantha Lovell. Her sister Bebe & Richard McFarland and brother Ron & Sue Fullerton, Great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and cousins.

She was preceded by her daughter Suzanne McGregor, husband Richard Harris and her parents Francis and Marjorie Fullerton.
