Jerry Edward Twyman of Burlington, Iowa, passed away April 9, 2026, at Parkview Home, Wayland. Jerry was born June 14, 1938.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Sherry Twyman (Houser); three children, Monty Lyons, Shawn Twyman, and Tasia Brown; six grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, and one brother, Douglas Twyman.
He was proceeded in death by his parents Lloyd and Dorothy (Tubbs) Twyman, one brother, Melvin Twyman; and one son, Ted Lyons.
Jerry was an avid Jehovah Witness who enjoyed playing guitar, working with electronics, nature, working in his yard, and caring for Sherry's horses. He worked at Mundt Piano and Organ.
A memorial for Jerry will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Burlington, Iowa on Sunday April 19th at 1:30pm.
