Mickey Todd Hanrahan, 59, of Solon passed away July 19, 2026. A Celebration of Life will be held from 2-6 PM on Sunday, July 26, 2026, at 350 Franklin Avenue, Mechanicsville, IA 52306. Iowa Cremation is assisting the family.
Mickey was born on November 6, 1966, in Paris, Texas, the son of Gerald Lee and Jacquelyne (Hoffman) Hanrahan. He attended Union-Whitten High School and received his GED from Rochester Community College. He was united in marriage to Corina (Yirkovsky) Hanrahan who preceded him in death. Mickey worked as a truck driver for M&K Dust Control. In his free time, he enjoyed camping, the outdoors, and being around family and friends. He also enjoyed the fruit runs in the semi every winter working at M&K.
Survivors include his children, Christina Marie Myers (Hanrahan) of Solon, Joshua Jerone Hanrahan and girlfriend Ashley Steffen of Olin, and Todd Alan Hanrahan and fiancée Melissa Rocha of Lisbon; grandchildren, Summer Myers, Avery Myers, Araya Myers, Arianna Steffen, Brysen Steffen, Matthias Hanrahan, and more; siblings, Michelle Duprey, Bobbi Catherwood, Gerri Hill, and Ginny Johnson.
Preceding him in death were his parents; wife, Corinna; and twin brother, Mike Hanrahan.
The family extends their appreciation to St. Luke’s Medical Staff and Davita Dialysis Team for the care and support given to Mickey.
