Rest in peace, Chris. I'm happy you were able to speak to Hailey on a video call for Father's Day. You, Hailey, and Caite had so much fun laughing, playing games, and reading books. I was so surprised you all were on the call so long, but very happy to observe all of the laughs and fun. We were in the process of planning a trip for Hailey to come up and see you within the next few months. We thought we had more time. 😢 I'm glad you had a great Father's Day with your two daughters! You will be missed!

Chris, I'll always remember with fondness the times we shared recipes together, like your favorite ham and bean stew and how we watched the kodi box every day when you arrived home from the night shift and needed to wind down. The world has lost a young, highly intelligent, hardworking man. I was overjoyed to think of you as my son, if only for a very, very short while. Rest in the arms of our Lord Jesus Christ until we all meet again.
