Knew Doug for many years as being in the car business all my life. Such a shock when I read that Doug had passed away. My condolences to all. He definitely was a good guy and will be missed.

Jim and I are so sorry to hear about, Doug, and we wish we could give all of you a hug at his memorial service, but we are both home sick today. I have such great memories of Doug when we would spend our Sundays at Grandma and Grandpa Shermans.. always admired his love for sports and his enthusiasm for life! Doug and I attended K thru 12 grade in Amana and it was a true blessing to have him as a friend, I was so glad that I was able to spend time with him at out 50th class reunion and I pray for God to send comfort and peace in these time ...May God bless you all.
