Obituary for Kevin William Foutch

"My deepest condolences to you Kathy and the whole family. I met Kevin in 1995 when we both hired out for the Burlington Northern Railway as conductors. During class and training, Kevin and I became good friends and that lasted throughout his career and life. We also got accepted into the Locomotive Engineer's Class together in 1997 and we studied and worked together during the LETP. It seemed nothing bothered Kevin as he was always in a good mood and his smile was one of a kind. Kevin, you'll be dearly missed for sure, but NEVER forgotten my friend.
