Wanda “Toby" Bissell
Toby and I were very close. We shared our trials and tribulations in an attempt to mediate them. I called her every Saturday to bring each of us up to date on what was going on in our lives and reminiscing about our growing up together. She was very consoling and understanding. I will miss her very much. God Bless her and let her rest in peace.

Lea, Gary, Rylee, and Jillian: I am so sorry to see that Toby has passed away. She was the kindest and sweetest person. I enjoyed our time together when she brought Rylee to Grant. Leo and Toby were the nicest people ever and always so kind and thoughtful to me. Sending prayers and hugs to your family. I hope all your happy memories help to ease your pain in the coming days.
